Appointment Policies & Client Information
Welcome to Double Bar S Luxe Lounge!
We're committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable, and professional experience. Please review the information below before booking your appointment.
Booking Your Appointment
Appointments are required for all beauty and wellness services.
If appointment availability allows, same-day appointments may occasionally be accommodated; however, they are not guaranteed. We recommend booking in advance to reserve your preferred date and time.
Deposits & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at the completion of your appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled one time without losing your deposit when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and for missed appointments without notice.
If Double Bar S Luxe Lounge must cancel your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment date.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arriving early allows time to complete any required paperwork and helps appointments begin on schedule.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. If scheduling permits, services may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or changes.
Clients who repeatedly miss scheduled appointments without notice may be required to prepay future appointments before booking again.
Minors & Guests
Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present for services requiring consent.
To help provide a relaxing experience for every guest, we kindly ask that only the client receiving services attend the appointment unless a parent, legal guardian, or caregiver is required.
Health & Safety
Please let us know before your appointment if you have allergies, sensitivities, recent dental work (when applicable), active irritation or infection in the treatment area, or any condition that may affect your scheduled cosmetic service.
For your safety, some appointments may need to be postponed if a service cannot be performed appropriately at that time.
We follow strict sanitation procedures and use properly sanitized or single-use items whenever applicable.
Service-Specific Information
Some services require additional consent forms and aftercare instructions. These will be reviewed with you before your appointment and provided again after your service when applicable.
Results & Expectations
Every client is unique, and results vary based on individual factors, the service performed, and proper aftercare. Cosmetic results cannot be guaranteed.
Right to Refuse Service
Double Bar S Luxe Lounge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary for health, safety, or professional reasons, including but not limited to:
• Health concerns that make a service inappropriate
• Inability to obtain required consent
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
• Clients who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
