How long does an appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the whitening option selected. Most appointments take approximately 45–90 minutes.
Will my results be the same as someone else's?
Results vary from person to person based on natural tooth color, lifestyle habits, existing dental work, and the type of staining present.
Can I eat or drink after whitening?
You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions following your appointment, including recommendations for food and beverages immediately after treatment.
Does teeth whitening work on crowns, veneers, fillings, or dentures?
No. Teeth whitening is designed for natural teeth and does not change the color of crowns, veneers, fillings, bonding, or dentures.
💎 Tooth Gems
Do tooth gems damage my teeth?
When properly applied and professionally removed, tooth gems are considered a cosmetic accessory and should not permanently alter healthy natural tooth enamel.
How long do tooth gems last?
Wear time varies from person to person depending on oral habits, placement, and proper aftercare.
Can the gem be removed?
Yes. If you choose to have your tooth gem removed, we recommend that it be removed by a licensed dentist or other qualified dental professional to help minimize the risk of damage to your natural tooth.
What happens if my tooth gem comes off?
Tooth gems may naturally become dislodged over time or due to eating hard foods, chewing ice, biting fingernails, trauma, or other factors beyond our control.
Double Bar S Luxe Lounge is not responsible for the loss of a tooth gem after your appointment or for damage resulting from improper removal, accidental trauma, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or removal performed by someone other than a qualified dental professional.
💨 Oxygen Bar
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required. If scheduling permits, we may occasionally accommodate same-day appointments, but availability is not guaranteed.
How long does an oxygen bar session last?
Session lengths vary depending on the option selected during booking.
Can I choose my scent?
Yes. Available aromatherapy scent options will be discussed during your appointment.
Is the Oxygen Bar a medical treatment?
No. Our Oxygen Bar is offered as a wellness experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
👂 Ear Lobe Piercing
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Appointments are required. Same-day appointments may occasionally be available if scheduling permits.
Do you pierce anything besides ear lobes?
At this time, we offer ear lobe piercings only.
Do minors need a parent or legal guardian?
Yes. Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present and any required consent must be completed before the service.
When can I change my earrings?
Healing times vary by individual. We recommend waiting until your ears are fully healed before changing your jewelry and following all aftercare instructions provided during your appointment.
Will aftercare instructions be provided?
Yes. Detailed aftercare instructions will be reviewed with you during your appointment and provided for you to take home.
📅 Appointments & Booking
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Appointments may be rescheduled one time without losing your deposit when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
What happens if I'm late?
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the day's schedule. If time allows, services may be shortened to avoid delaying other scheduled guests.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
