Memorial Necklace Ash Placement
Choosing a memorial necklace is deeply personal, and we understand the trust it takes to preserve the memory of someone you love.
To make the process as simple and comfortable as possible, we offer two options for placing your loved one's ashes into your memorial jewelry.
Option 1 – Ship Directly to the Funeral Home
If your loved one is currently in the care of a funeral home, you may have your memorial necklace shipped directly there. Many funeral homes are happy to assist with placing a small amount of ashes into the pendant before returning it to you.
Option 2 – Let Us Handle It With Care
If you prefer, you may send the necklace to Double Bar S Western Wear, and we will carefully place your loved one's ashes into the pendant with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion. Every memorial piece is handled individually in a clean, private setting because we understand the significance of what it represents.
Our goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible while honoring the memory of those who will always hold a special place in your heart.

When you arrive, we'll welcome you to Double Bar S Luxe Lounge and review your completed client forms.
A team member will answer any questions you may have before your appointment begins and explain what to expect during your selected service.
Your comfort is our priority. Every appointment is provided in a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment with one-on-one attention. Before your service begins, we'll review any service-specific information and aftercare instructions to help ensure you feel informed and confident throughout your visit.
Required Client Forms
Every Luxe Lounge appointment requires completion of our Universal Client Packet. Depending on the service you've scheduled, you may also be asked to complete a service-specific addendum before your appointment.
Required forms will be provided after your appointment is scheduled and should be completed prior to your arrival whenever possible.
Appointment Policies
Appointments are recommended for all Luxe Lounge services. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule depending on availability.
Before Your Appointment
• Complete any required client forms before your appointment.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in.
• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your scheduled service.
• If your health information has changed since completing your forms, please let us know before your appointment.
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with any required documentation.
