What to Expect


When you arrive, we'll welcome you to Double Bar S Luxe Lounge and review your completed client forms.

A team member will answer any questions you may have before your appointment begins and explain what to expect during your selected service.

Your comfort is our priority. Every appointment is provided in a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment with one-on-one attention. Before your service begins, we'll review any service-specific information and aftercare instructions to help ensure you feel informed and confident throughout your visit.

Required Client Forms

Every Luxe Lounge appointment requires completion of our Universal Client Packet. Depending on the service you've scheduled, you may also be asked to complete a service-specific addendum before your appointment.

Required forms will be provided after your appointment is scheduled and should be completed prior to your arrival whenever possible.

Appointment Policies

Appointments are recommended for all Luxe Lounge services. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule depending on availability.

Before Your Appointment

• Complete any required client forms before your appointment.

• Arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in.

• Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for your scheduled service.

• If your health information has changed since completing your forms, please let us know before your appointment.

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with any required documentation.
